Everything was excellent, it's reasonably clean and special hotel. Had central location close to everything. A few times I ate at Kapadokya Lezzet Sofrasi, located at a short distance from the venue.

Staying at the Sofa hotel in Avanos was a good adventure. The unique cave-style rooms were beautifully decorated with vintage art, giving the space a rich, authentic feel. Each corner of the hotel seemed to tell a story, from the art on the walls to the intricate architectural details. Morning breakfasts were a highlight. The extensive spread featured plenty of fresh fruits and traditional Turkish dishes that were both varied and delicious. I especially loved enjoying breakfast in the courtyard, surrounded by lush greenery. Always eager to offer helpful travel tips and assist with any requests. The lack of air conditioning during warmer days was a bit uncomfortable, and at times, the nights could get noisy, possibly due to nearby festivities. Parking was also limited. The charm and artistic vibe of Sofa hotel definitely.

We particularly liked the antique ambience.
Breakfast could be better. The bread and pasta wasn't fresh. In the evening we often sat in the garden. There you would have needed a tea or coffee machine where you could serve yourself.

Amazing hotel - collection of rooms around central courtyard that are all different, it feels as if you are living in a small village. The decor is wonderful, collections of art works and old utensils of all sorts. We liked it so much that we returned for an extra night at the end of our visit to the area
Need to be able to climb stairs to take full advantage of this hotel

The sun terrace was perfect for evening relaxation, and the courtyard was a peaceful spot for breakfast. The only small hiccup was that breakfast options felt a bit repetitive, but the food quality was great! 🌞

The hotel is special, it is like a museum as the owner collects old utensils and different objects. The architecture is wonderful, it is like a little village with a small square where people meet each other to have breakfast all together.
There is dusty in the rooms due the presence of carpets. The bathroom is not modern and not really comfortable. Some rooms are reachable climbing a lot of stairs (100 steps!!!).

Very nice hotel well renovated : you feel as being an inahabitant in a old village , as all rooms are build in a group of old houses well decorated. The inner terrasse is marvellous with many flowers.
No air conditioning: missing a lot in August...
